This is the system we show instead of a pitch deck. We built it, configured it and tested it end to end using live test submissions. It is our own demonstration — not a client project — and every figure it produces is an estimate, clearly labeled as one.
The intake form collects contact and company details, company website, team size, hours lost each week, average hourly cost, budget and a description of the operational problem.
The workflow cleans the data, then applies deterministic scoring rules — fixed, inspectable criteria such as team size, hours reported and tool coverage. The same input always produces the same score. No black box.
From the hours and rates provided, the workflow estimates what the described manual work currently costs per month. This is an estimate of today's cost, based on the submitter's own numbers — never a savings guarantee.
A language-model step produces a structured analysis of the described processes: which look automatable, what to tackle first, what should stay human. Its output follows a fixed schema so it can be stored and compared, and it supplements the deterministic score rather than replacing it.
Based on the deterministic score, strong-fit leads receive a QUALIFIED status while the others receive a NURTURE status for later review. Each submission is then routed to the appropriate storage branch.
Every submission, score, estimate and analysis is stored in a structured n8n Data Table — a complete, queryable record of everything that came in and how it was handled.
No. This is a demonstration system that Rankemo built and operates itself, so you can see a real working workflow instead of a slide deck. No client data is involved and no client results are claimed.
No. The workflow estimates the current manual cost of handling an inquiry by hand, based on the time and hourly-rate assumptions entered into it. It is an estimate of existing cost, not a promise of savings.
Structurally, often yes: capture, normalize, score, route, store. But your scoring rules, tools, approval steps and edge cases are different, which is exactly what the scoping phase of a real project works out.
Describe how inquiries reach you today. You will get a written assessment of what an intake workflow could look like for your business.
Written-first collaboration. Calls are optional, never required.
