Process

Mostly written. Deliberately so.

Automation projects live or die on precision: which fields, which rules, which exceptions. Writing forces that precision, leaves a record both sides can check, and respects your calendar. Calls are available when they genuinely help — they are never a requirement.

  1. 1.You describe the process

An email in plain language: what the repetitive work is, which tools are involved, how often it happens, who does it today and roughly how long it takes. Screenshots and examples help; polish does not matter.

  2. 2.Written opportunity map — free

Within a few business days you receive a written assessment: which parts of the process are good automation candidates, which should stay human, what the workflow would roughly look like, and what could go wrong. This is free and does not commit you to anything.

  3. 3.Fixed scope, in writing

If you want to proceed, we agree a written scope: deliverables, the exact systems connected, human-review points, testing criteria and a fixed price in USD. Work starts only after you approve it.

  4. 4.Build

The workflow is built in your own n8n instance — your accounts, your credentials, your data staying yours. We work in increments you can inspect, and flag any scope questions in writing as they come up.

  5. 5.Testing

Workflows are tested with real historical cases before going live: normal cases, edge cases, and deliberate failures to confirm error handling and alerts behave sensibly.

  6. 6.Documentation and handover

You receive written documentation: what the workflow does, every rule and mapping, how to pause or change it, and what to check if something looks off. We walk your team through it — in writing, or on a call if you prefer one.

After handover

The workflows are yours: you can run, modify or retire them without us. If you want continued help — monitoring, adjustments, new workflows — that is agreed as its own written scope. There is no mandatory retainer and no dependency by design.

Have a process you suspect could run itself?

You will receive an initial written reply within one business day — no mandatory sales call, no pressure.

Written-first collaboration. Calls are optional, never required.
